The Trojans took to the mat for the first time this season at the 2025 Maverick Open hosted by Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado. 

Despite wrestling with mostly four-year schools the Trojans held their own, and after a slow start really got things going. TSC was led by sophomore Dalilah Aguayo who placed sixth in the 110 pound division.

The Trojans will be back on the road this weekend with a trip to Tonkawa, Oklahoma for another Maverick Open, this one hosted by Northern Oklahoma College.
