The Trojan Volleyball team swept Otero 3-0 on Wednesday night to secure a tie with McCook for the fourth and final sport from the south conference in the upcoming Region 9 tournament. TSC holds the tiebreaker with McCook, advancing them into the tournament along with Northeastern, Western Nebraska and North Platte. The four schools from the north conference will be finalize this weekend.
TSC is 15-14 on the season and 8-6 in conference play. They will most likely face Casper College in the first round of the double-elimination tournament. Games will be held starting Wednesday at 11am in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
